1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organisation operating 75 bet ("Company") and users ("Member" or "you") of the 75 bet platform and all services under it.

By accessing the 75 bet website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use the platform.

2 Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register as a member on 75 bet, you must be 21 years of age or older. The Company may at any time request a valid ID from a member for age verification. If it is confirmed that an underage person has used an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled. If multiple family members use the same device or internet connection, this must be reported to customer support in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number and payment details — must be true and accurate. Providing incorrect or false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal details change — such as your mobile number or payment method — the member must update their account settings themselves. 75 bet will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Company may request identity verification at any stage. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be delayed. This is not a penalty; it is a process to ensure the security of all members' accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted methods for depositing to 75 bet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳100 (by any method). Deposits must be sent from the member's own registered mobile number.

Deposits made through a third party are not accepted. Money sent from another person's number will be returned and will not be added to the member's balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — may be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit and registered on the member's account. Withdrawals on unverified accounts may be temporarily held.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawing. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be met.

5.2 Weekly and Seasonal Bonuses

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The principal deposit cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is proven, that bonus will be cancelled.
• The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Company has final authority in determining eligibility for any bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 75 bet are considered final and cannot be changed once confirmed. If a wager is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football and other sports follows defined wagering rules. If a match or event is postponed, cancelled or changed in an unscheduled way, the bet will be settled at the Company's discretion.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot games are operated through third-party technology providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely fair. If a technical issue occurs in any game, that round may be considered void.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game or market category, which can be seen on the relevant game page. The Company reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual members in specific circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75 bet platform and may result in permanent account cancellation:

• Abusing bonus terms or attempting to meet wagering requirements through deceptive means.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account for personal gain.
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat the platform's software or games in any way.
• Using automated software, bots or AI tools to conduct betting or gaming.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating or operating an account with a false identity or incorrect information.

If any of the above activities are proven, the Company reserves the right to take legal action and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Data and Privacy

Members' personal data will not be sold to any third party. However, if information must be disclosed to regulatory authorities for legal obligations or security reasons, this will be done.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by sending a request to customer support. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before closure, though the bonus portion will be excluded if wagering requirements have not been met.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by the Company

The Company may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or legal reasons. The member will be notified by email in such cases.

10.3 Balance During Suspension

Unless the account is closed due to fraudulent reasons, the actual deposited balance will be returned to the member. The bonus balance will be forfeited. The withdrawal process will follow standard withdrawal policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 75 bet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company is not liable for:

• Betting or gaming issues caused by loss of internet connection.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own negligence or incorrect information.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Any issues arising from errors in game providers' software.

The Company's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the actual deposit made by the relevant member.

12 Changes to Terms

75 bet reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.
